A recent Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) study highlighted the impact that mental ill health can have on organisations. The study found that:


  • 37% of sufferers are more likely to get into conflict with colleagues
  • 57% find it harder to juggle multiple tasks
  • 80% find it difficult to concentrate
  • 62% take longer to do tasks
  • 50% are potentially less patient with customers/clients.

Having spent 20 years in the corporate world I totally get it!


I have been an employee on the up, an employee down, I have managed teams, I ran my own business.


I thought the only way to be successful was to live with that stressed out on edge feeling but I know now that you can be HAPPY and SUCCESSFUL so I created a Mindfulness programme specifically for Corporates to help your people navigate their world in the best way possible allowing them to:


  • Handle the stresses of the job so they can remain focused and productive
  • Feel more able to handle their emotions in and out of the office
  • Ride the highs lows so they can get on with the job in hand
  • Understand that the anxious feelings aren’t doing them any favours and letting them go

I am Emma, the founder of Emma D Coaching, I spent 22 years climbing the corporate ladder.


I raised a family and maintained a marriage and home all whilst building businesses for myself and for others.

I experienced stress on many levels and I know that if I had been taught the basics of Mindfulness I could have handled my head better and avoided the inevitable crash and burn that came
