What people say

“I took the First Aid for Mental Health course last year. It was a joy to learn from Emma who made the information relevant and practical. There was a lot of content but it felt easy and friendly as we discussed each topic. I'd definitely recommend working with Emma.”

Kate Greenslade, Mindfulness Coach

“Emma is a fantastic trainer and makes learning fun and interactive, she is very engaging and encouraging and really knows the subject. I have already recommended Emma to other businesses looking to train Mental Health First Aiders and will continue to do so in the future.”

Kate Morgan, Morgan Parkes Recruitment

“I was lucky enough to get a space on the weekend slot for the Mental Health First Aid Course. I came away feeling that I had learned so much about recognising signs in my colleagues and peers, but also myself. I firmly believe everyone should be Mental Health First Aid Trained in this day and age, and Emma would be the lady to get that qualification! GO GET BOOKED!”
